Terms & Conditions
1. General Conditions
- Single Package is not available for couples residing together.
- Discounted management fees (as mentioned in package) are applicable for all 3rd party vendors & out-of-pocket expenses.
2. Care Services
- Care Manager visits duration: 45 minutes to 75 minutes per visit.
- Emergency services refer to first aid provided by a nurse.
- Pharmacy cost and night charges are applicable.
- Escort for hospital admission is up to 3.5 hours. Extra hours are chargeable.
3. Communication Policy
- All instructions must be given to the Care Manager or main mobile number (WhatsApp / Call).
- Dedicated staff will be assigned by management for specific needs.
4. Third Party Responsibility
- Nurtura Care is not responsible for actions of third-party vendors selected by the client.
- However, the company will coordinate with client-selected vendors when required.
5. Medical Monitoring
- Vital monitoring includes BP, Pulse, CBG, Heart Rate, SpO2, Respiration, Temperature & Weight.
- Doctor home visits are pre-scheduled only.
6. Billing & Charges
- Services not included in the package will be charged at actual cost.
- Transport (if required) will be charged on actual basis.
- 12% interest will be applied on invoices unpaid for more than 30 days.
7. Service Availability & Conduct
- Patient care attendant and nursing services are subject to availability.
- Any physical, mental, or verbal abuse toward staff is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
8. Subscription Termination
- Nurtura Care reserves the right to discontinue any subscription with 15 days prior notice.
- Any advance payment will be refunded after deduction of dues and charges till termination date.
