In summary: All fees paid to Nurtura Care — including the annual registration fee and plan subscription fees — are non-refundable, and subscriptions cannot be cancelled for a refund once payment has been made.
1. No cancellation after payment
Nurtura Care delivers an ongoing care and coordination service that is planned, staffed and resourced for the full paid term as soon as a subscription begins. Accordingly, once a subscription (monthly or annual) and/or the registration fee has been paid, it cannot be cancelled by the client for a refund. The subscription will remain active for the full term for which payment has been made.
2. No refund policy
All payments made to Nurtura Care are non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:
- The annual registration fee (per person).
- Monthly and annual subscription / plan fees.
- Amounts paid for services already rendered, scheduled or coordinated.
No refund will be issued for unused services, partial use of a plan, non-utilisation of included visits or calls, or a change of mind. As the rates and plan terms expressly state, Nurtura Care operates under a strict no-refund policy, effective from 01.04.2026.
3. Why this policy applies (service nature)
Because we are providing a service rather than a physical product, returns, shipping and product-style cancellations do not apply. From the moment a subscription is activated, we commit personnel, care managers and operational capacity to the care recipient for the entire paid period. For this reason fees, including the annual fee, cannot be refunded or cancelled mid-term.
4. Limited exceptions
The no-refund rule is subject only to the following limited situations, applied at Nurtura Care’s sole discretion:
- Duplicate or erroneous payment caused by a technical or payment-gateway error, where no corresponding Service has been availed — in which case the duplicate amount will be returned to the original payment method after verification.
- Where Nurtura Care itself is unable to commence any part of the Services and chooses, at its discretion, to make an adjustment — net of the non-refundable registration fee and any costs already incurred.
Apart from these limited situations, no refunds are provided.
5. Company-initiated discontinuation
Nurtura Care may discontinue a subscription with 15 days’ prior notice (for example, for non-payment, abuse of staff, or where Services cannot be safely delivered). In such cases the registration fee remains non-refundable, and any adjustment of advance payment, if at all, will be made only after deducting all dues and charges up to the date of discontinuation, at the company’s discretion.
6. Renewals
Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless expressly agreed. Renewal requires a fresh payment, which will again be subject to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Refund processing (limited exceptions only)
Where a refund is approved under the limited exceptions above, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically 7–14 business days, after verification, subject to banking and payment-gateway timelines.

By subscribing to any Nurtura Care plan and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Cancellation & Refund Policy, including that all fees are non-refundable and that paid subscriptions cannot be cancelled for a refund.
